Mix 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) of strained juice or mash into yogurt, oatmeal, or iron-fortified baby cereal. Pomegranate is not a significant source of iron, so pair it with iron-rich foods like lentils, eggs, or meat. Avoid honey as a sweetener, and always ensure mealtime is supervised and baby is upright.
