Supervise closely to ensure they are chewing effectively before swallowing, as the length can still be challenging.
Toddlers can enjoy a larger portion of about 1/4 cup (60 ml; 2 oz) of cooked, chopped bean sprouts. Incorporate them into family meals like noodle soups, mild stir-fries with soft tofu and vegetables, or as a crunchy topping for rice bowls.
